Factory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production operations at our aluminium and UPVC windows and doors manufacturing facility in Kozhikode, Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aluminium and UPVC fabrication, preferably aluminium windows and doors, and should be comfortable working with CNC machinery, production planning, cutting, assembly, hardware installation, quality control and factory manpower.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily factory production
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
• Coordinate cutting, CNC, machining, assembly and finishing activities
• Monitor production quality and minimize material wastage
• Ensure proper measurements, cutting lists and production documentation
• Supervise workers and allocate daily tasks
• Maintain discipline, productivity and workplace safety
• Monitor hardware and other material requirements
• Identify production problems and solve them quickly
• Coordinate with management regarding production status and pending work
• Maintain basic production records and daily reports
• Ensure machines and tools are properly operated and maintained
• Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce wastage

Preferred Experience

• 6months - a years of experience in aluminium window/door fabrication or a related manufacturing environment
• Hands-on understanding of aluminium profiles, hardware and fabrication
• Experience with CNC machines will be an advantage
• Ability to manage workers and production independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with experience handling a small/medium-sized aluminium fabrication factory will be preferred
• software training shall be provided by us
