Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview

Job SummaryZORO Groom & Bride is looking for confident and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable outfits, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable groomwear, suits, sherwanis, jodhpuri, indo-western, kurta, shirts, trousers, and other outfits.
• Explain product features, pricing, fitting, and customization options.
• Support customers throughout the selection and purchase process.
• Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
• Coordinate with the tailoring and fashion design team for alterations and custom requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, fittings, and deliveries when required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain proper knowledge of new collections, designs, fabrics, and fashion trends.
• Support the team in day-to-day store activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales / fashion sales / clothing sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in fashion and sales may also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Malayalam fluency is required; basic English communication is preferred.
• Good presentation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products confidently.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in menswear, groomwear, bridalwear, or premium fashion retail.
• Knowledge of suits, sherwanis, jodhpuri, indo-western, and formal wear.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and garment fitting is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time retail position.
• Working hours will follow the company's scheduled working time.
• During busy seasons and special occasions, employees may be required to work extended hours as per company requirements and applicable rules.
