Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and tech-forward Senior Accountant to independently manage our end-to-end accounting operations, statutory filings, in-house financials, payroll, and audit support. As an AI-First organization, we utilize modern automation tools and software to streamline workflows and drive financial accuracy.

• Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Handle full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, and in-house financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% accurate, on-time filings for GST, ITR, TDS, PT/PSI, ESI, and PF.
• Payroll & Payouts: Manage monthly employee payroll processing, salary ledger reconciliations, and statutory disbursements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Audit Support: Lead internal and external statutory audits, handle auditor queries, and prepare clean financial schedules.
• AI & Process Automation: Leverage modern AI tools and accounting software to optimize ledger reconciliation, data entry, and financial reporting.
• Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in independent accounting and statutory compliance.
• Taxation Knowledge: Strong hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, ITR, and labor/payroll compliance.
• Tech & Software Skills: Proficiency in modern accounting software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

AI-First Mindset: Comfortable using modern AI tools and automation utilities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
