Job Description
1.Inward/Outward : Record all incoming/outgoing spares. Keep documentation up-to-date
2. Excel Marking: Input/update inward/outward details in Excel. Keep it clear and accessible
3. Courier Details: Track shipments via Trackon/Professional couriers. Update status
4. Stock Checking: Regular inventory checks. Report discrepancies, coordinate to resolve
5. Call Report Verification: check call reports for accuracy. Ensure timely submission
6. Engineers Handover Excel: Log all spares issued to engineers in Excel
7. Call Report Filing: File reports in box files for easy retrieval
8. Paper File Management: Organize bills, warranty docs, handover details per company policy
9. Spare Request Form: Process requests, fill forms accurately, & timely dispatch the required products.
10. Stock Clearance Report: Identify slow-moving/excess stock. Generate reports to facilitate clearance
11. Check the faulty spares if repairable, repair and get in stock for further use.
