Job Description
Secure Tracking Solutions Private Limited (STS) is looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead business growth and strengthen our presence across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
STS provides technology solutions including Smart School Management, Indoor Management for hospitals and industries, Fleet Management, Energy Management, Smart Waste Management and Employee Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
• Lead, guide and monitor the Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with schools, hospitals, industries, corporate clients and government organisations.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and software demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, lead follow-ups, proposal submissions and deal closures.
• Set clear targets, review team performance and provide regular sales updates to management.
• Support customer onboarding and coordinate with technical, operations and customer-support teams.
• Monitor market activity, identify growth opportunities and improve the company’s reach across assigned regions.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely follow-up on payments and collections.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, with 3 or more years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in B2B sales, software, technology or solution-based selling is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and team-management skills.
• Ability to plan sales activities, work towards targets and travel for client meetings when required.
Work Location: Puducherry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
