Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and closing sales to achieve company goals. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory to meet potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales in assigned territory.

Identify and approach potential customers, building strong business relationships.

Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to present products/services.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.

Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
