Sales Manager

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving real estate sales growth in the Kumbakonam branch.

The role includes leading the sales team, generating business, managing customer relationships, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve branch-level sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team performance.
• Generate leads through site visits, references, channel partners, and field activities.
• Convert inquiries into bookings through effective follow-up and negotiation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and site teams for smooth closure of deals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and local sales opportunities.
• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns in the Trichy region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales process standards.

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate; MBA preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales or branch sales management.
• Strong knowledge of the Kumbakonam local market.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
