  • 1. Supplier & Vendor Management Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms.
  • Maintain long-term vendor relationships for consistent supply and better deals.
  • 2. Procurement & Order Processing Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in vendor, quantity, and price details.
  • Track orders and deliveries to avoid production delays.
  • Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and delivery schedules.
