Job Description

Job Opening – Accounts & Store ExecutiveWe are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts & Store Executive to join our restaurant team.

  • ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales, expense, and purchase records.
  • Handle billing, invoices, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Record cash, bank, and online transactions.
  • Manage store inventory and maintain stock records.
  • Handle ordering of kitchen and restaurant supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchases and deliveries.
  • Prepare and manage staff payroll and attendance records.
  • Maintain files and accounting documents properly.
  • Assist management with daily reports and operational coordination.
  • RequirementsBasic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with billing/accounting software.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage inventory and vendor coordination efficiently.
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred but not mandatory.
