Job Description
Job Opening – Accounts & Store ExecutiveWe are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts & Store Executive to join our restaurant team.
- ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales, expense, and purchase records.
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic bookkeeping.
- Record cash, bank, and online transactions.
- Manage store inventory and maintain stock records.
- Handle ordering of kitchen and restaurant supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchases and deliveries.
- Prepare and manage staff payroll and attendance records.
- Maintain files and accounting documents properly.
- Assist management with daily reports and operational coordination.
- RequirementsBasic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with billing/accounting software.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage inventory and vendor coordination efficiently.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred but not mandatory.
