Job Description
1 : IT office se agar 1₹ ka bhi saman bahar jaiga to uska bill/challan banega aur jo saman purchase hoke aayega uska purchase software me add hoga.
2 : Sales /purchase / receipt / payment / GST Data ready krne ki 100% responsibility apki hogi.
3: Pending work/calls dekhni hain..jin customer ka kaam nhi hua hai unko call krke update Karna hai ki unka kaam kbtk hoga.
4: Uske bad jin customer k paise due hai unko call karna hai through whatsaap reminder
5: Subh aate hi sabhi staff ko call karna hai aur attendance leni hai aur hme whatsaap pe update krna hai.
6: Field engineer se time time pe call ka status lena hai...aur unki location bhi puchni hai.
7: In case koi new call nhi hai to hme inform karna hai...hm unko calls denge.
8: free time me sablog office renovation pe kam krenge.
9: Ghar jaane se 1 hour pehle hmko din bhar ki report whatsaap pe de ke jana hai..aur call krke use discuss bhi krna hai.
10: Next day kon kon se kaam hone hain wo ek din pehle hi perticular person ko remind krwa dena hai.
