Job Description

Satguru Enterprises, engaged in the retail trading of steel products (primarily TMT bars), is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented executive who can manage billing, maintain sales records, and coordinate operational activities after a sales deal is finalized. The role combines accounts support, sales coordination, and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Accounts

  • Prepare and manage sales invoices in Tally.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and update daily transactions.
  • Track receivables and inform management when customer payments become due.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, dispatch details, and PODs.

2. Excel & Sales Data Management

  • Maintain and update Excel sheets for sales tracking, customer lifting, and dispatch records.
  • Update product-wise and customer-wise sales data regularly.
  • Assist in maintaining internal MIS reports and basic sales analysis.

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with transporters to arrange vehicles after deals are finalized.
  • Communicate with the site team/customer for material receipt and POD (Proof of Delivery).
  • Maintain dispatch records and follow up until delivery confirmation.

4. Customer Follow-ups

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Maintain communication with customers for basic operational queries related to orders and deliveries.

5. Telecalling & Sales Support

  • Call prospective customers and introduce Satguru Enterprises' products.
  • Support in generating enquiries and scheduling meetings with potential customers.

Compensation Structure:

  • Fixed Salary: For billing, accounts, Excel management, and coordination work.
  • Variable Incentive:

  • Telecalling support and generating customer enquiries.
  • Additional performance incentive if a deal is finalized through the employee’s efforts.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Tally for billing.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of sales coordination and dispatch processes.
  • Good communication skills for handling customers, transporters, and site teams.
  • Organized and responsible with follow-up tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in trading, distribution, or steel/commodity businesses will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable with multitasking between accounts, coordination, and customer communication.
