Accounts Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to assist our Finance & Accounts team with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities  

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Prepare basic reports using Tally and MS Excel.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, invoices, and payments.

Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or pursuing a relevant course.
• Mandatory: Practical knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who has hands-on experience in Tally Prime, understands basic accounting entries, and is comfortable working with invoices, ledgers, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
