Are you an experienced sales professional with 4+ years of experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Inverter, Battery or Power industry?

AmpFuel Solar is expanding its sales team and looking for dynamic professionals to join us as:

🔹 Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

🔹 Area Sales Manager (ASM)

📍 Location: Multiple locations across India

💼 Experience: 4+ Years

🏢 Industry: Solar Energy | Inverters | Lithium Batteries | Energy Storage

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets

• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, EPC, installer and channel partner networks

• Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners in assigned territories

• Generate new business opportunities and expand AmpFuel’s market presence

• Promote and sell Hybrid Solar Inverters, Lithium/LFP Batteries and Solar Energy Solutions

• Build strong relationships with dealers, EPCs, installers and key customers

• Conduct regular market visits and understand local market demand, pricing and competitor activities

• Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales

• Drive secondary sales and ensure healthy channel movement

• Coordinate with technical, operations, logistics, finance and customer service teams

• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy receivables

• Prepare sales MIS, market reports and regular performance updates

👤 Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in Solar / Inverter / Battery / Electrical / Renewable Energy industry

• Strong existing network of dealers, distributors, EPCs and solar installers

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
