Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
* Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate business deals.
* Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM or Excel.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
