Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Business Development.
Location: Field Role — Lucknow only.
Reporting To: Business Development Manager.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to generate leads and build client relationships by visiting corporate offices, institutions, residential societies, and other public places. The role involves extensive field travel and requires a self-motivated individual comfortable with day-to-day client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities:-
● Visit corporate offices, institutions, markets, and other identified locations to source new leads and prospects on a daily basis.
● Generate interest in the company's financial products/services and schedule follow-up meetings for the team.
● Maintain a daily log of visits, leads generated, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
● Build and maintain relationships with prospects to support long-term client acquisition.
● Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated.
● Represent the company professionally at all times during field visits.
Requirements
● Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
● Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) with a valid driving license — compulsory.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the city for lead sourcing.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
● Prior experience in sales/field marketing is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Salary As per industry standards — final compensation will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's performance in the interview.
