We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Online Bidder / Freelancer Platform Bidder to join our team, secure international projects, and accelerate our business growth.
Job Overview
Job Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (In-Office / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 1 to 3+ years in online bidding and IT project acquisition
Department: Business Development / Sales
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & BiddingIdentify relevant IT projects across multiple platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
Write high-converting proposals tailored to specific client needs rather than generic templates.
Maintain healthy profiles on all portals by ensuring timely bids and quality communication.
2. Client Communication & ConversionHandle initial client communications professionally to build rapport.
Gather precise project details from international clients to understand their software and design requirements.
Schedule and lead discovery calls or chats to smoothly convert leads into closed deals.
3. Team CollaborationCoordinate with the technical team to frame accurate estimations for timelines and budgets.Hand over won projects seamlessly to developers and UI/UX designers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully winning web design, software development, and mobile app projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
Excellent written English with strong verbal communication skills to interact easily with overseas clients.
Good technical knowledge of modern software stacks like React, Node.js, Python, PHP, WordPress, and UI/UX design tools to understand client needs.
Strong negotiation skills to finalize project budgets and milestones.
Self-motivated worker capable of meeting monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
