Key Responsibilities:


* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Resolve customer queries and complaints.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

* Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

* Follow company processes and quality standards.

* Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.


Eligibility


* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (as per your requirement)

* Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)

* Basic computer knowledge

* Customer service attitude
