Job Description
We are looking for a CCTV Technician to join our team for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, networking and cabling issues.
- Installation and termination of LAN cables, RJ45 connectors and other accessories.
- Configuration of IP cameras and network-based CCTV systems.
- Conduct site visits for preventive maintenance and fault rectification.
- Testing and commissioning of CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with customers/site representatives for technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and provide regular updates on assigned jobs.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, IP addressing and switches.
- Knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR and IP camera systems.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify cable, camera, NVR/DVR and networking faults.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
