पद का नाम: Chinese और Continental कुक

स्थान: Piccolo Italian Cafe, नावेल किशोर रोड, बजपाई कचौड़ी लेन, CBI ऑफिस के सामने, हजरतगंज, लखनऊ


कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:


Chinese और Continental भोजन जैसे नूडल्स, फ्राइड राइस, सिज़लर, पास्ता, सूप, स्टेक आदि बनाने में कुशल होना चाहिए।


हाइजीन और साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए खाना बनाना।


ऑर्डर के अनुसार समय पर खाना तैयार करना।


किचन के सामान का सही इस्तेमाल और स्टॉक का ध्यान रखना।


अन्य किचन स्टाफ के साथ टीम वर्क में काम करना।


कैफे के मेन्यू के अनुसार रेगुलर और स्पेशल डिशेस तैयार करना।



योग्यता:


कम से कम 2 साल का Chinese या Continental किचन का अनुभव होना चाहिए।


खाना बनाने का शौक और नई रेसिपीज़ सीखने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए।


हाइजीन मानकों का पालन करने की आदत।


जिम्मेदारी से काम करने वाला और समय का पाबंद होना चाहिए।



सेलरी: अनुभव और योग्यता के अनुसार तय होगी।


कार्य समय: शिफ्ट के अनुसार (10 घंटे)
