Schools do not always struggle because work is missing. Often, important work gets scattered between verbal instructions, registers, WhatsApp groups and repeated reminders.

Vidii helps schools create clearer daily responsibilities, stronger follow-through and more organised parent communication.

We are looking for City Partners who can become trusted local links between Vidii and private-school owners, Directors and Principals.

This is not a normal office sales job. You will work independently, visit schools, understand how they currently operate and help suitable schools decide whether Vidii is right for them.

What you will do

• Identify and approach suitable private schools.
• Meet school owners, Directors and Principals.
• Ask thoughtful questions before presenting Vidii.
• Demonstrate the parts of Vidii that match the school’s real needs.
• Support serious schools through the decision process.
• Stay involved during the school’s first 30 days after starting.

You may be a good fit if you

• can visit schools during normal working hours;
• are comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers;
• listen well and explain ideas simply;
• can handle rejection without becoming pushy;
• are willing to build relationships over time;
• are comfortable with performance-based earnings.

School, education, institutional-sales or local relationship experience is useful, but not compulsory.

Please do not apply if you

• need a guaranteed salary from Day 1;
• do not want to work in field;
• are unwilling to visit schools;
• expect Vidii to provide ready buyers;
• do not want to complete training, certification or progress updates.

What happens after you apply?

After applying on Indeed, you will receive a message with a short Vidii City Partner Interest Check.

The check takes about three minutes. It confirms whether the basic field-based and performance-based model is practical for you. It is not a difficult test, and previous school experience is not compulsory.

Applicants whose responses match the basic conditions receive a short City Partner overview and may be invited to a ten-minute Fit & Opportunity Call.
