Computer Operator

Job Description – Data EntryKey Responsibilities:

• Fast and accurate working on MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Data entry, compilation and maintenance of project-related information.
• Data feeding and documentation for map approvals will be the major responsibility.
• Preparing and updating approval-related sheets, forms and documents.
• Maintaining proper records and ensuring accuracy of submitted data.
• Coordinating with the design/architecture team for required information and updates.
• Handling routine office documentation and reporting work.

Key Skills Required:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.
• Good understanding of spreadsheets, formatting and basic data management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work within deadlines.
• Prior experience with map approval / architectural or planning-related documentation will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates who are fast, organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive data-entry and documentation work will be preferred.
