Education: 12th Pass

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:45 PM

Salary: ₹12000 – ₹15,000 fixed + incentives

• Job Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their clothing requirements.
• Help customers select products according to size, colour, style, fabric and budget.
• Explain product features, quality, prices and offers.
• Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell suitable products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
• Check and replenish stock when required.Resolve customer queries, exchanges and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organised sales counter.
• Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.

• Basic knowledge of clothes, fabrics, sizes and fashion.
