Job Description
We are looking for an organised and responsible person to support our daily office operations and customer coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Update Google Sheets with customer, order, and delivery details.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
- Call customers for order confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Handle customer queries politely over phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams.
- Assist with routine office work.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
- Clear Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Good phone etiquette and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow up and complete tasks on time.
