Location: Lucknow – Work From Office

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Preferred Candidate: Female


Job DescriptionMy Diagno Card is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, assist users with diagnostic test bookings, and coordinate with partner diagnostic centres.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Assist customers with diagnostic test bookings and provide booking IDs.
  • Explain the My Diagno Card process and usage to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and bookings.
  • Follow up with customers when required.
  • Provide polite, professional, and timely customer support.
  • Escalate complaints or complex issues to the concerned team.
  • Requirements Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.


Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
