About Dairywala
Dairywala is a milk collection app used by dairies and milk collection centres across India to record milk, calculate rates and send bills on WhatsApp. Dairywala is run by DairyStack Private Limited.
Job: Customer Support Executive (Hindi), Work From Home
• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
• Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
• 3-month probation
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from dairy owners in Hindi, and solve the problem on the first call wherever possible
• Help new users set up the app: add farmers, set the rate chart, record their first milk entry
• Follow up on open issues, and call users whose plan is about to end
• Tell customers about new app features
• Record every call and its result in our system
• Pass technical problems to our product team with full details
• Attend training whenever the app changes
Requirements
• At least 1 year of customer support experience: handling customer calls, WhatsApp or chat for a company (telecalling or sales calling does not count)
• Graduate (any stream)
• Fluent Hindi (mandatory), and basic English to read the app and our sheets
• Good typing on phone or computer, comfortable using apps
• Your own Android phone, stable internet and a quiet place to work
• Good listener, patient with people who are new to smartphones
• Willingness to install our call-tracking app on your phone
Good to have
• Support experience with an app, software or online service
• A village or dairy background
