Job OverviewEdHike is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate quality leads for educational programs and optimize advertising campaigns.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Generate quality leads for Online MBA, UG, PG, and other educational programs.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Conduct audience research, retargeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, videos, and copy.
• Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Optimize advertising budgets to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to improve lead outcomes.
• Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and achieve lead-generation targets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in the education or lead-generation industry will be an advantage.
