Hindalson Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a result-driven, expert Digital Marketing Specialist to head our organic and paid marketing campaigns. If you have a proven track record of ranking websites on Google, reducing CPC, and maximizing ROI across all paid marketing channels, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Execute complete on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conduct in-depth keyword research, build high-quality backlinks, and fix technical site issues to drive organic traffic.
PPC & Paid Ads: Plan, build, and optimize high-converting campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily ad spend, adjust bidding strategies, manage budgets effectively, and lower Acquisition Costs (CPA/CAC).
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website traffic metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush, and present clear performance reports. [1, 2]
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in both SEO and Paid Media management.
Tools Knowledge: Mastery over Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Degrees in Marketing, IT, or related fields are a plus).
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent English communication, and copy-writing skills for ad text. [1, 2]
