Job Description

Job Title: eBay & Etsy Listing Executive (Full-Time, Office-Based)

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented eBay & Etsy Listing Executive for our office-based operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with computer work, online marketplaces, and AI tools, and who are looking for a stable full-time day-shift job.

Working Hours:

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Work from Office (details will be discussed during interview)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, upload, manage, and optimize product listings on eBay and Etsy
  • Write clear, accurate, and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and tags (US & UK markets)
  • Generate and edit listing content using ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI tools
  • Create new product images for Etsy listings (using AI tools or editing software)
  • Extract, edit, and prepare images for new ring designs/products
  • Optimize product photos (background removal, resizing, enhancement) as per platform requirements
  • Manage pricing, variations, attributes, categories, and specifications carefully
  • Edit and update existing listings to improve visibility, accuracy, and conversion rate
  • Ensure all listings follow eBay & Etsy policies and quality standards
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all listings
  • Complete daily listing targets and assigned tasks on time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Practical experience with eBay and Etsy product listings
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO keywords and product optimization
  • Ability to handle product images (editing, resizing, basic design)
  • Comfortable with computer work and online tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Disciplined, responsible, and consistent work approach

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or any image editing tools
  • Experience with AI image generation tools
  • Background in ecommerce, online selling, or catalog management
