eCommerce Operations Manager

Farm Blends is a growing natural brand selling essential oils and cold-press oils on Amazon, Flipkart and our own Shopify website. We are launching our own skin-care products and need someone to run day-to-day e-commerce operations from our Lucknow office.

What you will do:

- Process Amazon, Flipkart and website orders daily; handle returns and customer queries

- Create and update product listings: titles, images, prices, variations

- Manage the Shopify website: add products, update prices and banners, check orders

- Track stock levels, plan and create Amazon FBA shipments

- Supervise packaging and dispatch so orders go out on time

- Follow up with vendors for raw materials, bottles and labels

- Coordinate with our ads agency, content creator and web developer

- Send a weekly report: sales, stock, issues, pending work

What we need:

- 1-2 years of hands-on work on Amazon Seller Central (seller side, not customer service)

- Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify experience is a strong plus

- Good with Excel or Google Sheets

- Organised, follows up without reminders, takes ownership

- Clear written Hindi and English

Salary: Rs 15,000-20,000 per month based on experience. 1-month paid trial, then confirmation. 6 days a week, office hours.
