Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking FI, Collection & Recovery Executive to handle field verification, customer collections, and payment recovery for Safeli Batteries.



  • Conduct field investigations (FI) and verify customer details, address, documents, and business information.
  • Visit customers regularly for payment collection and recovery.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, visits, and outstanding amounts.
  • Coordinate with the office/management regarding customer accounts and recovery status.
  • Identify and report high-risk or doubtful cases.
  • Ensure professional and polite communication with customers during recovery.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and recovery targets.
