Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory or accounts.
- Identify and onboard new clients, including retail stores, boutiques, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders.
- Present product collections, samples, catalogues, and seasonal lines to buyers.
- Take orders, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate with production and dispatch to meet delivery timelines.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences, and share feedback with design and merchandising teams.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues in coordination with the accounts team.
- Ensure good visual presentation of products at partner outlets where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and visits in CRM or sales reports.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
