Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, presentable and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, interior design firms and other industry professionals.

The primary responsibility will be to visit architect and interior designer offices, introduce INFINITE's products and services, generate business opportunities and build long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regularly visit architect offices, interior design studios and relevant businesses across Lucknow.
2. Introduce INFINITE, its product portfolio, premium collections and interior solutions.
3. Develop new relationships with architects, interior designers and design firms.
4. Generate qualified leads and identify upcoming residential and commercial interior projects.
5. Promote INFINITE's complete product range, including Modular kitchens, wardrobes, Glass partitions, Wooden Flooring, Ceiling Solutions and interior execution services.
6. Schedule meetings and encourage architects and designers to visit the INFINITE experience centre.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective architect accounts.
8. Coordinate with the showroom sales and design teams to convert enquiries into business.
9. Maintain daily visit reports, architect databases and lead follow-up records.
10. Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in the market.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, tiles, sanitaryware, furniture, hardware, lighting or interior products will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in interacting with architects, interior designers and business owners.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Lucknow market will be an advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Proactive, disciplined and target-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–25,000 per month.
