Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Excitel Broadband. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-speed Wi-Fi and broadband connections in designated areas, generating leads, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door visits and on-ground activities to generate leads for Excitel broadband services. l Clearly explain the benefits, plans, and installation processes of our Wi-Fi/broadband services to potential customers. l Convert leads into active sales to achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. l Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and referrals. l Maintain daily reports of sales activities, customer feedback, and area mapping.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales (experience in Telecom/Broadband/FMCG sales is a plus).

Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven field role

हम Excitel Broadband में अपनी टीम के लिए एक ऊर्जावान, मेहनती और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख Field Sales Executive (फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव) की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इस भूमिका में आपको निर्धारित क्षेत्रों में Excitel की हाई-स्पीड Wi-Fi और ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन की बिक्री बढ़ाने, नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क करने, लीड जनरेट करने और ग्राहक आधार का विस्तार करने की जिम्मेदारी होगी।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)Excitel ब्रॉडबैंड सेवाओं के लिए लीड जनरेट करने हेतु घर-घर जाकर (Door-to-Door) विजिट और अन्य ऑन-ग्राउंड गतिविधियाँ करना।
• संभावित ग्राहकों को Excitel के Wi-Fi/ब्रॉडबैंड प्लान, उनके लाभ और इंस्टॉलेशन प्रक्रिया के बारे में स्पष्ट जानकारी देना।
• प्राप्त लीड्स को सक्रिय बिक्री (Active Sales) में परिवर्तित करना तथा दैनिक/साप्ताहिक/मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त और पार करना।
• ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना, उनकी संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करना और रेफरल के माध्यम से नए ग्राहक प्राप्त करना।
• बिक्री गतिविधियों, ग्राहक फीडबैक और क्षेत्र की मैपिंग से संबंधित दैनिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और अपडेट करना।
• जॉब के लिए आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Job Requirements)न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास
• अनुभव: फील्ड सेल्स में 0 से 3 वर्ष का अनुभव।
• Telecom / Broadband / FMCG Sales का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
• अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन, नेगोशिएशन और ग्राहकों को समझाने (Convincing) के कौशल होना आवश्यक है।
• उम्मीदवार के पास दो-पहिया वाहन (Two-Wheeler) और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है।
• उम्मीदवार स्व-प्रेरित (Self-Motivated), ऊर्जावान और मेहनती हो तथा लक्ष्य-आधारित फील्ड जॉब में काम करने के लिए सहज हो।
