B2B Solar Field Sales Executive

📍 Job Location: LDA Colony, Ashiyana, Lucknow

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B Field Sales experience required.
• Solar industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in B2B client acquisition, field visits, lead conversion, and vendor management.
• Must be comfortable using CRM software for lead tracking and sales updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through field visits.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable solar solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update all sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
