About the RoleWe are looking for qualified, experienced, and responsible Home Tutors who can provide personalized academic support to school students at their homes.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, communicate clearly, understand individual student needs, and be committed to improving the student's academic performance and overall learning experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one home tuition to students.
• Teach subjects according to the student's class, curriculum, and learning requirements.
• Prepare lessons and explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Identify the student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning gaps.
• Help students with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
• Conduct regular assessments to track academic progress.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding the student's progress.
• Follow the teaching standards and guidelines of Ashayein.com.
• EligibilityMinimum Graduation in the relevant subject/field.
• Teaching/tutoring experience will be preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Good English/Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel to the student's location for home tuition.
