नौकरी का विवरण (Job Description):


हमें Jiffit टीम में शामिल होने के लिए मेहनती और ज़िम्मेदार Jiffit Heroes (Field / Delivery Partners) की आवश्यकता है, जो समय पर डिलीवरी और बेहतरीन ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान कर सकें।


Note: 2-Wheeler Vehicle is a must


मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

  • Jiffit ऐप/प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से मिले ऑर्डर्स और असाइन किए गए कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना।
  • ग्राहकों तक सामान या सेवाएं सुरक्षित, कुशलतापूर्वक और सही स्थिति में पहुंचाना।
  • ग्राहकों के साथ विनम्रता और पेशेवर तरीके से व्यवहार करना।
  • डिलीवरी या फ़ील्ड वर्क के दौरान लाइव लोकेशन और ऐप स्टेटस को अपडेट रखना।
  • किसी भी समस्या, देरी या खराबी की तुरंत Jiffit सपोर्ट/प्रबंधन टीम को सूचना देना।


आवश्यक योग्यता (Key Requirements):


  • वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (Driving License) और दोपहिया वाहन (यदि डिलीवरी के लिए आवश्यक हो)।
  • स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग करने का ज्ञान (Jiffit App चलाने के लिए)।
  • इलाके/रास्तों की अच्छी जानकारी होना।
  • ईमानदारी, समय की पाबंदी और जिम्मेदारी से काम करने का जज्बा।
