Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily cleaning tasks, and lead team briefings.
- Quality Control: Inspect dining rooms, restrooms, bars, and waiting areas to meet strict sanitation rules.
- Inventory Control: Track cleaning products, chemicals, and tools, reordering stock when supplies run low.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe chemical use and maintain clean, hazard-free floors and public spaces. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven background in commercial cleaning or hospitality staff leadership.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic computer literacy, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and handle active, physical work shifts.
