  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment, interviews, and hiring of employees.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and basic HR activities.
  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Coordinate with clients for property visits and sales closures.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between management, HR, and sales teams.
  • RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in HR and Sales.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle recruitment and sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
