Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
● Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, screening, interviews, hiring coordination with department heads.
● Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
● Manage attendance, leave records, and employee grievances.
● Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, labor law).
● Conduct probation/confirmation reviews and manage exits with full-and-final settlement.
● Run performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal records.
Training & Development
● Design and deliver training programs for all departments, associates, interns, and franchise teams (virtual).
● Conduct induction and soft-skills/behavioural training.
● Identify skill gaps with department heads and build a training calendar.
● Prepare training materials, SOPs, and learning resources.
● Track training attendance and evaluate effectiveness through assessments.
What We're Looking For
● Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
● Excellent presentation and training delivery abilities, including virtual/remote delivery.
● Working knowledge of statutory HR compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, labor law).
● Strong communication in Hindi and English.
● Leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and drive HR processes without a support team.
● MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
● 2–5 years in Human Resources, with minimum 2 years in employee training, Learning & Development, or corporate training.
● Experience in education, training institutes, EdTech, or service industries preferred.
