Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
Pitching & Qualification: Conduct persuasive product presentations and demos to prospective customers, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain, update, and track all sales activities, contacts, and deal progress daily using CRM tools.
Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and convert qualified leads into long-term accounts to consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Relationship Building: Follow up with potential leads to move them through the sales funnel and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to refine sales strategies and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
