Installation Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Installation Engineer to manage and supervise elevator installation work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed safely, correctly, and within the required timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate elevator installation at project sites.
- Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, and installation specifications.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, site teams, and clients during installation.
- Ensure installation work follows company standards and safety procedures.
- Inspect installation work and identify technical issues or defects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the service/maintenance team when required.
- Maintain installation reports, site records, and other relevant documentation.
- Resolve basic technical and site-related issues and escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of elevator components and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience in elevator/lift installation, construction, electrical, or mechanical projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
