Job Description
- Handle day-to-day corporate legal matters and documentation.
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, notices, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and external legal authorities when required.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, agreements, and cases.
- Assist management in identifying and addressing legal risks.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and related documentation.
- Support the company in contract negotiations and legal due diligence.
- Provide timely legal support to different departments.
- Requirements:
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of corporate legal experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of contract drafting, legal documentation, and corporate compliance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research.
