Location Collections Manager-RELATIONSHIP BANKING GROUP-Recovery Common Cost Allocation - CV,CE & SA

Role- Location Collection Manager- 

Job Descriptions:

·         Taking day-to-day collection status as well as taking end status of the cash deposited collected on day.

·         To be a part of Collections team and able to handle more than 8k Live APACs and looking after entire Collection needs of Location.

·         Candidate should be capable to handle team of more than 30 to 35 people.

·         Implementing collection strategy, techniques & procedures for collections and help to credit to minimize risk.

·         Reviewing the collections strategy regularly and training the team to ensure that the collection techniques change with the change in the legal and socioeconomic situation.

·         Appointing and managing channels like in-house collection FRE and repossession agencies for collection & repossession of the financed assets from the delinquent customers.

·         Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance collection operations.

·         Coordinating through it the Customer data/interaction update, payment/ purchase history, agency performance indicators/ monitoring, agency billing/ payments, receipt book details etc.

Job Requirements:

·         Graduate / Post Graduate – MBA.

·         Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Retail Assets ( preferably in Collection )

·         Excellent written & oral communication skills

·         High energy and drive

           Hands-on experience of MS Office and Mail Management.
