Job Description

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँकार्यालय की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थित रख-रखाव करना।
  • कर्मचारियों एवं आगंतुकों को पानी, चाय और कॉफी देना।
  • दस्तावेजों, फाइलों और कार्यालय सामग्री को सही स्थान पर रखना।
  • बैंक, कूरियर, फोटोकॉपी एवं अन्य बाहरी कार्यालय कार्य करना।
  • मीटिंग रूम को बैठक से पहले तैयार करना।
  • स्टेशनरी और पेंट्री सामग्री की उपलब्धता का ध्यान रखना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर कार्यालय के कर्मचारियों की सहायता करना।
  • कार्यालय के नियमों, अनुशासन और गोपनीयता का पालन करना।
  • योग्यता एवं आवश्यक कौशलन्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 8वीं या 10वीं पास।
  • जिम्मेदार, ईमानदार और समय का पाबंद होना चाहिए।
  • साफ-सफाई और व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता क
