📢 Hiring: Associate / Senior Associate – Political Campaign Management

Job Locations: Lucknow, Kanpur & Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh)

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on last drawn salary and interview performance)

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Academic Criteria: Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th

Language: Proficiency in Hindi

Job Type: Full-Time | Contractual

Contract Duration: November 2026 to Mid-March 2027 (4.5 Months), extendable based on project requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Execute and manage political campaign activities at the Assembly Constituency (AC) level across Uttar Pradesh.
• Conduct ground research, voter outreach, field surveys and constituency-level documentation.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, community leaders, influencers and volunteers.
• Manage campaign activities, field operations, events and ground-level activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, local teams and central campaign teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign activities and maintain daily reports, trackers and geo-tagged photo/video documentation.
• Support community mobilisation, volunteer network development and WhatsApp community management.
• Assist in social media management, local content creation and digital campaign activities.
• Collect ground-level stories, photos and videos for campaign communication.
• Monitor local news, political developments and public sentiment.
• Prepare research notes, presentations, execution plans and constituency-level reports.
• Ensure timely execution of campaign activities and resolve on-ground operational challenges.
• Desired Skills & Qualifications:Good understanding of Uttar Pradesh's political landscape and local issues.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and documentation.
• Ability to conduct ground research and analyse local political developments.
• Networking and community mobilisation capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic mobile video creation.
• Previous experience in political campaigns, field research, marketing or volunteer management will be an advantage.
• Postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution preferred.
• Additional Requirements:Must have a personal laptop.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across different districts of Uttar Pradesh.
• Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Lucknow, Kanpur and Varanasi.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork, long working hours and weekend assignments.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in assigned constituencies, including rural and remote locations.

Important Note: This is a 4.5-month contractual position, with possible extension depending on project requirements and individual performance.
