Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (preferably in baby/kids/apparel/lifestyle products)

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in helping parents find the best products for their children.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information and recommendations.   
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent post-sales support.

• Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Promote and upsell products to maximize sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers.
• Participate in sales events and promotions.

• Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Ensure accurate stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising.

• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Firstcry.com products and brands.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Attend product training sessions.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
• Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.   
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Knowledge of baby and kids products is a plus.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
