Job Description: Sales Executive – Personal Loan Cross-Sales
Department: Personal Loan (PL) – Cross-Sales
Company: Bajaj Finserv Role: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for personal loan products through calls, customer references, and existing customer databases.
- Cross-sell personal loan offers to existing customers and potential customers.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into loan applications.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company policies.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate preferred; freshers may apply, depending on company requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal loans and financial products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-based sales environment.
- Willingness to make customer calls and follow up on leads.
