Sales Executive(UK Process)

About the Role

Lighting Lives Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our growing UK B2B Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in international sales or customer service who are passionate about building client relationships, generating business opportunities, and achieving high sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B sales opportunities through outbound calls in the UK market.
• Contact prospective businesses and identify their energy requirements.
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
• Recommend suitable business energy solutions based on customer needs.
• Present products and services confidently over the phone.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Telesales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, outbound sales or Business Development.
• Experience in an International BPO or UK Process is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with business customers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willing to work in UK shift timings.
