- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment, interviews, and hiring of employees.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and basic HR activities.
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with clients for property visits and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management, HR, and sales teams.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in HR and Sales.
- Real estate industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment and sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
