Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell solar products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and enhance brand visibility in the renewable energy sector.

• Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell solar products (solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.) to residential and commercial clients.
• Generate leads through online/offline channels, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to potential customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new solar technologies.
